Spouses
and Guests are welcomed to the 86th Annual Meeting of the
Western Section AUA Annual Meeting this year at the beautiful
Hilton Waikoloa Village Hotel located on the Big Island
of Hawaii! A wondrous time awaits you….
The
Hilton Waikoloa Hotel is a gorgeous Hawaiian-style venue
– breath-taking views of the ocean, its own beach
and lake, tennis courts, golf, water sports, trails, shopping,
Kohala Spa and the Dolphin Quest experience is not to be
missed! And you can enjoy daily…warm tropical breezes,
palm trees and drop dead gorgeous sunsets - you are not
going to want to miss this meeting. The scientific meetings
end at 2:30pm daily, so your spouse if free to spend time
with the family!

Registration:
The spouse/guest registration includes: Badge, Sunday
Aloha Reception, access to all scientific sessions and
exhibit hall functions, Familty Hospitality breakfasts
and activities, Thursday evening "Hukilau Under
the Moon" reception/dinner.

Kids:
For those who may be bring children, there is Camp
Menahune for Kids on the hotel property. It’s
a great time for the kids to have fun on the property
with supervision. Children 5 and under are free to attend
the evening social events at no charge. Junor tickets
(age 6-17) are also available.

Activities:
You are also invited to participate on Monday sports
day. Activities include: Golf Tournament, Tennis Tournament,

Hospitality Lounge:
Breakfast and activities, 7AM-9AM on Sunday to Friday
mornings - registered parents may bring your kids at
no charge.
